With high casting fidelity and rigid green strength, Solcore is readily able to produce soluble shapes with tight tolerances and high yield. It is the ideal solutions for seamless and complex composite structures such as air ducts. The material can be formulated to withstand high temp and high-pressure composites conditions found in Thermoplastics and BMI etc.

TecShape is a low-density water removable ceramic-based tooling material, capable of producing very large shapes. Furthermore, it can be machined. TecShape is designed to be compatible with all composite materials and allows the fabrication of the most difficult composite projects. Post-process removal of the mandrel is possible with simple low-pressure water.

Solcore 3D is a derivation of Solcore material, which has been optimized to perform on a rapid prototyping platform. Utilizing only solid CAD data, direct soluble shapes are readily produced and able to perform at advanced composite processing conditions.

HotCore is a water-soluble tooling/mandrel EUTECTIC SALT material, utilized for finished mandrels or sold as raw material.
